2. What we sell
We sell ordinary, low-risk pet home goods such as beds, feeding mats, bowls, toy boxes, storage baskets and travel pieces. We do not sell pet food. Our product descriptions cover materials, sizes and care only. We do not provide timber-certification, veterinary, medical, training or safety-certification claims, and nothing on this site should be read as such advice or a guarantee of any outcome.
3. Product information
We take care to describe products and their dimensions accurately. Images are illustrative and natural materials such as wood and woven fibres will vary slightly in grain and tone. Colours may also appear differently between screens.
4. Orders and payment
Online checkout is not currently enabled and our payment provider is pending, so no payment is taken through this website. Until checkout is live, orders are placed and confirmed directly by email. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in USD. We try to keep prices accurate but reserve the right to correct errors before an order is confirmed.
6. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our returns policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
