How and when we dispatch and deliver orders across the United Kingdom.

Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and would like to order, please contact support@rosewodpet.shop and we will let you know whether we can help.
Delivery options and timescales

Estimated times are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you order. Larger wooden items such as benches and bed frames may be sent by a separate courier and can take an extra working day.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.
Payment and order confirmation
Online checkout is not yet enabled on this store. Our payment provider is pending, so no payment is collected on the website. Until checkout is live, orders are confirmed and arranged directly by email, and delivery timescales begin once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
Problems with delivery
